There was a long stretch where I felt trapped by my own anxiety.
I tried everything. The apps, the books, the advice, the willpower. Nothing held. I'd get a little relief and then I'd be right back in it, running a business and running on empty at the same time.
What I eventually figured out is that I'd been working on the wrong thing. I kept trying to think my way out of a problem that wasn't living in my head. It was in my body, my nervous system, my habits, my sleep, the way I started every single day. Stress isn't one problem. It's a whole-system problem. And once I started treating it like one, everything changed.
So I built the method I wish someone had handed me. Not a mindset hack. A complete, practical system for regulating your nervous system and getting your energy, your focus, and your life back.
